We accept job applications for Part-Time Escape Room Facilitators on an ongoing basis.
Whenever a position becomes available, we will contact some recent candidates for an interview.
Since we receive many applications, we are only able to select a few qualified candidates.
Our facilitators (also known as game masters) work together to ensure that our customers enjoy a great escape room experience. This includes providing friendly customer service, preparing games thoroughly, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
This position requires a candidate that can be available for 2-4 shifts per week.
This consists of a minimum of 1 shift on the weekend, plus being on-call for additional shifts on different days (weekends and/or weekdays).
The number of shifts can vary from week to week depending on customer bookings.
Since our busiest times are on the weekend, preference will be given to candidates that have flexible availability on the weekend.
Greet customers in a friendly and upbeat manner. |
Monitor game play and provide hints. |
Debrief customers following game play and take group photos. |
Reset rooms in an efficient and timely manner. |
Assist customers with bookings, take payments, answer phone calls, and other front desk duties. |
Maintain a clean and comfortable work environment. |
Other duties as assigned by management. |
